From first contact to switch-on, here's how your installation unfolds.

2. Site Survey

One of our engineers visits to assess your roof, check electrics, discuss placement options, and answer questions. This takes around 90 minutes.

3. Detailed Proposal

You receive a written proposal with system specifications, expected generation, projected savings, total cost, and available finance options.

4. Installation

Our team arrives on the scheduled date with all equipment. Most installations complete in 2-3 days with minimal disruption to your daily routine.

5. Commissioning

We test everything, register your system with MCS, set up your monitoring app, and walk you through how your new solar system works.

6. Ongoing Support

Your warranty covers parts and labour. Our support team remains available for questions, and we offer annual maintenance packages for peace of mind.
